Benghazi 28th March Stadium - Phase 1
Phase 1 includes new frames and slabs, precast elements production and placement for grandstands and repairing some sections of the stadium. Capacity of the stadium has been increased from 26.400 to 40.000 spectators. Phase 1 has been completed due to January 2011.
