Design and Construction of 80 No's Villas and related Service Buildings

The  design-build project consists of structural, architectural , E&M works of  80 nos prefabricated villas with  a  club  house and a  facilities & service block,  main swimming pool, shopping area, cafe&restaurant, clinic, fitness, sauna &spa and a mosque.

The project consists of  sewage network of 3.640m, potable water network of 3.580m, storm water of 3.140m,  firefighting system of 2.870m, asphalt works of 4.400m, boundary walls, landscaping works of 16 ha area and electrical & communication system, water tanks, pumping stations, road lights, substations.
