This project which is located at east of the 100 housing Units consists of  design, construction, architectural & interior decoration works of the 5 Star Sirt Seaside Hotel with 158 rooms, 2 indoor&outdoor swimming pools , landscaping and  sewage network of 3.150m, potable water network of 2.910m, storm water of 2.370m,  firefighting system of 2.140m, asphalt works of 2.600m, boundary walls, landscaping works of 11 ha area and electrical & communication system, water tanks, pumping stations, road lights, substations.
